Principal's Message

Welcome to ASPM's K. T. Patil College of Pharmacy. As the profession has expanded across India's education system, demand for trained pharmacists has grown with it — positioning India among the world's largest pools of pharmaceutical professionals. Founded in 1999 by visionary educationist late Mr. K. T. Patil, the college has since produced more than two thousand graduates: professionals, entrepreneurs and individuals with a strong regard for social commitment, educated through an inclusive system built to ensure equity for students from every section of society.

We maintain optimum infrastructure and a qualified, dedicated faculty, with a curriculum that includes credit-based courses in community engagement, environmental education and value-based, holistic learning. Faculty are encouraged to shape their own course modules and make use of technological tools in the classroom. Beyond academics, the college runs training sessions, guest lectures, seminars, workshops, sports and cultural events for the all-round development of every student — support that shows in consistently strong university merit results and performance in national exams such as GPAT and NIPER.

Our placement cell operates around the clock to place eligible students across government, semi-government and private pharmaceutical sectors. In line with NEP 2020, we offer skilling through SWAYAM, NPTEL, soft-skill development, pharmacovigilance, clinical research, intellectual property rights and drug regulatory affairs — closing the gap between institute and industry so students graduate job-ready.

We continue to take input from every stakeholder to strengthen our educational outlook, backed by NAAC 'B' Grade accreditation with a CGPA of 2.27, ISO 9001:2015 certification, recognition as a PhD Research Centre, and participation in NIRF.
