Pharm Final Year and Pharm.D- V & VI Year girl students.Organized in association with Mahindra Pride Classroom, Naandi Foundation, and Kaabil, the program focused on communication skills, interview techniques, personality development, leadership, teamwork, and career readiness.The interactive sessions enhanced students’ confidence, professional skills, and workplace readiness.The program concluded successfully, reflecting the institute’s continued commitment to student empowerment, employability,and career development.

The event provided an insightful platform for knowledge sharing and discussion on recent advancements, challenges, and opportunities in drug discovery and development. The conference emphasized strengthening research, innovation, and industry–academia collaboration in the pharmaceutical sciences.
