IQAC Committee
Composition, structure, members and responsibilities of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell committee — constituted as per NAAC guidelines.
About the IQAC Committee
The IQAC Committee is the governing body of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell, constituted as mandated by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It brings together the Principal, senior faculty, management, industry representatives and alumni to collectively plan, execute and monitor quality assurance initiatives across the institution.
As per NAAC guidelines, the committee composition ensures representation from all key stakeholder groups: the institution's head as Chairperson, a dedicated IQAC Coordinator, faculty members, a management representative, and at least one external member from industry or the wider community. This multi-stakeholder structure ensures decisions are grounded in both academic quality requirements and real-world relevance.
The committee meets at a minimum twice per academic year, with all proceedings formally minuted and made available to stakeholders through the IQAC portal and the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) submitted to NAAC each year.
